Programme Structure

Pre-programme - In order to ensure time is best spent on the programme itself, the course tutors will phone you to discuss the particular work issues that you would like to address. In addition you will complete psychometric instruments to improve your self-knowledge.

Programme - The programme is structured around four modules. The first module lasts four days and the remaining three modules last three days each. The modular structure is based on feedback from past participants. It fits better with your busy schedules and allows additional time for you to reflect and apply the learnings.

First and second modules: knowledge acquisition
These gear you up with tools for strategy and leadership. We discuss the implication for your business and always refer back to current issues you are facing in a lively debate and exchange of ideas. It is very interesting to compare and contrast with the very broad spectrum of participants. In addition you will receive personal coaching and feedback from the psychometric instruments you completed before the programme.

Third module: live exercise
You apply learnings to date. An organisation is invited to come in as a genuine client to present a real issue to the group, whereupon the group devise a strategy. The client wants a good result and there is considerable pressure. Past clients have included Rambert Dance Company, TJI Fridays, Dixons and the NHS.

Fourth module: let’s get personal!
How are you going to lead strategy and change in your own organisation? What personal leadership brand can you bring to engage and motivate people to deliver on the strategy? You will receive further personal coaching focusing specifically on the psychometric instruments and 360 degree feedback.

Post programme - You are invited to the Alumni event in which the live case client company reveals what impact the group’s plan has had. They nearly always implement something, which is very satisfying!
