The entertainment agent takes care of the administrative, commercial and negotiation aspects of an artist's career (writer, musician, actor, singer, etc.). She deals with the visibility of the artist, taking care of the promotion strategies of artistic products, or organizing tours and presentations, planning advertising through the media and promoting the artist towards essential interlocutors. The ARTIST MANAGER in fact maintains relationships and represents the artist, as an agent, towards organizations operating in the artistic production sector, such as publishing houses, record labels, film studios, theatrical companies, etc. ARTIST MANAGER, representing and dealing transversely with the artist's career, must be a trusted figure. The relationship between the manager and the artist is generally governed by a contract that guarantees the protection of the artist's intellectual property rights and which at the same time grants the license to use the same rights to the manager, for the purposes of execution of his / her assignment. The contract provides for the percentage of revenues that constitute the remuneration of the manager and may contain non-compete obligations (the artist cannot use other managers at the same time). In any case, the entertainment agent does not represent only actors and singers, but also all those figures who carry out artistic and entertainment activities: novelists, dancers, etc. Furthermore, his remuneration derives from a commission on the proceeds obtained by the customer, according to a percentage defined by the contract (which, in some cases,
