Currently due to Covid-19 training organisations are not permitted to deliver face-face training, however Training for Security Limited (TFS) was selected to be part of a pilot involving live video based Security Industry Authority (SIA) Training Courses alongside the SIA and our Awarding Organisations, delivering Level 2 Security Guarding and CCTV (PSS) Courses.

We have now been given the Green Light to run these courses for a further 6 months up to the end of November 2020, with CCTV (PSS) Courses running every fortnight and the same with Security Guarding on alternating weeks.

The courses are run exactly the same as if you were in one of our training centres based around the country with just one difference, you will be doing it in the comfort of your own home or office, all you need is a computer, laptop, tablet or smart phone with a stable internet connection.

About this course

Successful candidates will receive a Level 2 Award for Working as a CCTV (PSS) Operative Within the Private Security Industry.

This four-day course is designed to train new Security Officer to be employed in industrial or commercial premises, enabling you to achieve the required accreditation to apply for an SIA Licence in Security Guarding

You will be required to take 2 assessments and a practical assessment using our CCTV Cameras at the end of the course where you will receive immediate results, therefore allowing you to apply for your licence within 48 hours of completing the course.

Successful candidates will receive a Level 2 Award for Working as a CCTV (PSS) Operative Within the Private Security Industry.
