Course programme

An important thing to remember is that you can’t work as a Door Supervisor without a valid SIA license. Once appropriate training standards have been achieved, you will then be eligible to apply for the SIA license. This rule does apply to most fields in security such as CCTV operators, Security Guards and close protection body guards. Therefore it is a legal requirement to possess a valid SIA license (valid for 3 years).

A door supervisor’s role is to manage the entrance of a public venues or also the occasional private events. We provide the training and information any door supervisor working in any industry would need to know. Our expert instructor will prepare you for success in the exam. The training course will take place at the Leeds Beckett University – City Campus
