Spanish for Beginners

By the end of the course you should be able to speak basic Spanish as well as understand spoken and written Spanish in simple situations. You will be able to write basic sentences in Spanish. In short, you will be able to cope in every day situations, whether in for leisure, travel or work. The fundamental elements of grammar will have been taught.

You will cover a range of situations, for example:

• Booking in to a hotel
• Shopping
• Ordering meals in a restaurant
• Introducing yourself in a formal or informal environment
• Buying train/bus tickets and understanding the timetables
• Reading and answering simple emails and letters
• Finding your way around town
