Spanish for Beginners (Entry Level

The course offers a useful introduction to the language, and cultures of Spain and Latin America. Whether you require a language for work, to get by on a holiday abroad or whether you just enjoy learning about other countires and cultures. This course will benefit you. Open to all students

There will be a number of planned social events designed to enrich the learner's experience throughout the course including visits to the cinema, restaurants, markets, cultural events, etc.

There will be an organised visit to Spain that will be open to all part-time learner's of Spanish in 2009-10.
The approximate cost will be 200 (flight and accommodation for 4 nights).
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed in the four skill areas of Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing at Entry Level through a series of practical tasks.
What can I do next?
On successfully completing the qualification you will have the opportunity to progress to a higher level course. Usually this will be the next stage: Preliminary (Level 1)
