This course of 4 lessons a day allows students to complement holidays with language study. We recommend it for those who wish to combine a relaxed language course with the study of Spanish culture in real-life situations. Students can start learning Spanish from scratch or further improve their linguistic skills.

About this course

Improve their language (written & oral) language skills and learn about the Spanish culture as well.

Foreign learners of Spanish

Age: 14 years minimum
Levels: A1/A2/B1/B2/C1/C2

Certificate of attendance (included in the course price). After completing a Spanish course at our school students can take a test to obtain an official SIELE certificate (155 €).

ENROLMENT
-Students can enrol directly through the school website
-After we have received your booking, we will send you confirmation of your reservation by e-mail, including the total amount of course and accommodation fees to be paid.
-At the same time, we will ask you for a deposit of 120 € which will be deducted from the full amount. If the advance payment is not received within the prescribed period, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
-We will reserve your Spanish course and accommodation on receipt of the deposit. You will receive the course confirmation, a written level test, plus information about your Spanish course and accommodation, useful details about your journey and a map of Granada, by e-mail.
-The remainder of the course and accommodation fees must be paid before the Spanish course starts.

Course programme

The course is aimed at students that want to improve their Spanish, but at the same time have time to relax and enjoy their holidays in Spain in the magical Granada.

We offer 6 different Spanish course levels which correspond to those established in the new «European Framework for Language Learning, Teaching and Evaluation».

SPANISH COURSE
Classes: 4 lessons of 45 minutes per day from Monday to Friday.
Group size: max. 10 students.
Levels: all Spanish levels.
Starting dates 2024: every Monday.
Timetable: from 09.00 to 12.15 h

Additional information

A Spanish course in Spain: learning a new foreign language also means learning about a different culture and way of life. We organize cultural programme every week, some examples are as follows: Conferences concerning present-day topics of interest or Moorish culture / Film sessions dedicated to particular Spanish directors / Visits to the Arabic bath Aljibe de San Miguel / Theatre shows and flamenco concerts / Guided tours to the Alhambra or the old Moorish quarter of the Albaicín / Trips to villages in the surrounding area, or to the beach / Trekking and horse-riding in the Sierra Nevada / Tapa Tours / Guided visit to St. Joseph's cemetery / Cultural activities related to Federico García Lorca.

Guided day trips 
On the weekends we offer full-day excursions throughout Andalusia. Day trips to Ronda, Seville, Cordoba, the Costa Tropical or the Alpujarra mountains are offered. 

Guided day hikes 
If you want to go hiking, you can take part in the guided hikes of the provider Sierra & Sol. Under the direction of Teresa Madrona Moreno, day trips are offered on the weekends in the Sierra Nevada national park or in the natural parks of our province.
