This sports nutition course is designed to help you increase your nutritional knowledge and improve performance. You will learn how to eat right and understand how your body uses the food you eat to fuel your body and boost your energy levels. You will also learn about energy systems, hydration strategies and the benefits of supplementation.Jen Puzio is a certified personal trainer. As a graduate of East Stroudsburg University, she has a B.S. in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training and experience working with athletes of all ages caring for and preventing injuries. She also has a B.S. from Frostburg State University where she studied Health and Physical Education Teaching and has teaching and coaching experience at levels K-12.This course is suitable for all athletes and non-athletes who wish to become more educated about how to fuel themselves for training or competition to improve their performance or just last longer in the gym. You will learn how to improve your nutritional intake and apply it your daily life as well as increase stamina and boost energy levels.
