The above two-day workshop will enable us to discuss the content in an informal learning atmosphere. It is intended for those working in small businesses who find themselves with this role as part of their duties and equally for a new assistant into a larger operation to gain an overall understanding of the HR Department.
A follow-on day one month later will allow all candidates to come back and discuss how they are getting on, examine what they have put in place and generally share experiences, learning the ins and outs of HR as a mentored group.
This interactive experience will be facilitated by Penny Letts previously part of the HR team with Shell and now a consultant HR Manager with a variety of companies including GE Group, Leiths and Penna. Penny has a vast experience in the role of HR Manager, as a Coach and Mentor and enjoys using this experience in the role of Coach Mentor. Penny also delivers many different workshops in management and leadership.
