We know that our mental health can fluctuate during our life. This course will look at the interactions between mental health and emotional and physical wellbeing by breaking down some of the myths around mental health and illness and by exploring some of the connections between our relationships and our mental health. The course will help you raise your awareness about mental health and ‘mental illness’ in individuals, in families and in communities. We will broadly review some of the main mental health diagnoses.
