As a holder of the IAM’s Advanced Diploma, you are already two-thirds of the way to becoming an honours graduate of a British university. You are ideally placed to complete this part-time, distance learning degree. If you do not already hold the Advanced Diploma, contact us to discuss ways to work towards this qualification.

•accelerate your career progression;
•equip you for greater responsibility;

•help you to achieve your personal goals.

Entrance to the programme is via a Preparatory Unit which will develop the skills you need when studying for a university degree. This Unit will help you understand how to undertake a programme of study at this level and alleviate any concerns you might have. This online Unit is
available from the IAM and must be completed before registering for the degree.

The degree involves taking three compulsory modules, one option module and a dissertation.

The compulsory modules enable you to develop your existing knowledge and skills by:

•analysing your personal effectiveness as an Incorporated Administrative Manager;
•examining how you can contribute to improved performance in the workplace; and
•developing a strategic overview of your own goals and objectives, and those of your organisation.

The option modules examine an area of specialised management, either Culture and Change Management or International Marketing. The dissertation enables you to analyse a topic of your own choosing.
