Managing Change in Your Organisation

  • This course was brilliant an dthe trainers fantastic. I was expecting a very 'talk and chalk' approach, but the trainer was very, well, informal. By that I mean they joined in as well as facilitate all of the discussion, used humour and those that were on the course all seemed to enjoy it - a few drinks in the bar afterwards with them confirmed this. From the course I've taken away some tecniques and tools to manage change. What I like especially is the fact the tools are simple but could be very effective and I can see exactly how they will work in my organisation. I'm very much looking forward to attending my next course I have booked with this company
