About the course:
Stress is a real hazard in today's society. According to the H&S executive we loose 12.8 millions days in sickness every year due to stress, anxiety and depression. The good news is that we can all get off the rollercoaster of Stress if we know how!

This workshop is a one-stop toolkit of resources to help you recognise and combat the effects of negative stress in yourself and others. Throughout the day you will learn key stress - reducing strategies such as relaxation, visualisation, lifestyle analysis and goal setting. You will come away from the day with a clear plan of action and a feeling of being more in control.
