Structured Litigation Programme

This is a course specially designed for lawyers with 0-3 years PQE working in litigation and dispute resolution. It can be expanded or adapted to suit your firm's needs. All teaching is interactive using practical exercises at every stage.

The course modules may be taken in order but can also be taken out of sequence as each module will also stand alone.

• Interim Advocacy

• Advanced Negotiation*

*These modules can be delivered as advanced or standard options depending on whether delegates have already taken the relevant City Law School PSC elective: Litigation Drafting or Principles of Negotiation.
