The City Lit Wine Club is the ideal way to taste, learn and enjoy a wide range of wines and regions in a relaxed and informal environment. Each month there will be a different topic and an experienced wine tutor will guide you through the tasting.It is for beginners and enthusiasts alike 18 years and over.

Course programme

Refreshing wines for summer dining
Tasting skills and writing tasting notes.


There will be brief introduction to the topic followed by wine tasting and discussion. Optional tasting notes can be made during the session. Handouts wil be available. You may put your new found knowledge to good use exploring other wines in the future.
Everyting will be provided:
Wines, glasses, spitoons, corkscrew
Handouts (including tasting sheets, tasting terms)
Please bring a pen for taking notes.
