Course programme

INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CULTURE
This three-week online course brings the students an intensive training on international business culture awareness. Students analyse the global environment and identify opportunities and challenges of working in an intercultural workplace. Through active exchange among each other, exercises for self-reflection and practical tasks such as case studies, students will strengthen their intercultural competencies and gain the necessary skills to become the leaders of tomorrow in a globalised world. Students learn how companies apply concepts of leadership within intercultural work settings.
