• Confident communication
• Building successful teams
• On the job coaching
• Managerial time management
• Action Plan

All QMI Scotland Limited courses involve a high level of student participation. A full set of student notes will be provided. A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded to all students successfully completing the course.

The aim of the course is to:-

• Demonstrate practically what can be done, and achieved by managers to improve the working environment and productivity.
• To review the role of the manager at work.
• To determine whether the day to day problems are the cause or the effect.
• To review effective communication at work and the role it has to play.
• To examine on-the-job training / coaching of employees
• To review time management as it affects managers.
