This Foundation Degree in Supporting Teaching and Learning is designed for anyone who works in (or wishes to work in) education to support the teaching and learning of students.
This includes roles across the lifespan of teaching and learning, such as learning mentor, teaching assistant and learning support. It may offer insight to those wanting to train further to become a qualified teacher.
This Foundation Degree will equip you with skills such as critical thinking, academic writing and how to present information. It will also develop your skills and understanding of supporting others with their teaching and learning processes.

One A-level or equivalent vocational Level 3 qualification such as NVQ3 or BTEC National Diploma or evidence of studying at level 3GCSE English language/literature at grades A*-C (9-4) or equivalent.
