About this course
-Perform the second section of the T’ai Chi Yang form to a good level.
-Demonstrate smooth, steady, even movement
-Understand and use effective application of movement.
-Perform warm-up exercises and some Chi Kung movements
-Experience a more relaxed body and a quieter mind after practice.
You should wear loose comfortable clothing. Certain books and video/DVD will be recommended.

Course programme
The course will cover the movement sequence of the second section of the Yang-style Tai Chi form, additional warms up and Chi Kung exercises will be introduced.
You will be taught through demonstration of the specific movements and active participation within a class setting. The course tutor will give instruction and correction during the class to enhance and develop your practice. Handouts will also begiven out in some of the classes.Additional information
