Uses the Yang Long form, a non-martial and gentle form of T'ai Chi Chuan, and many different Qi Gong exercises. It is a wonderful way to calm the mind and has many dimensions: it can be a form of meditation combined with breathing exercises, good posture and gentle movements to relax and strengthen the body; or
