Taste of Mexico (SCQF level 4)

The Taste of Mexico course will be suitable to you if you love delicious food with a little spicy kick!  The Mexican cuisine has been influenced for decades by Spanish cuisine, however the dishes have a lot more to offer than being hot.  You will be cooking a number of dishes, including Burritos, Quesadillas and grilled fish with chipotle spice.  You will also learn a number of preparation techniques and cookery processes,  develop knife skills and gain general knowledge about Mexican food.You will be given the recipes at the end of the first demo lesson, including the list of ingredients you will be required to bring for the following week.
