About the course At the start of the programme you will be allocated a personal tutor who will work with you throughout the programme. One of the first steps is to work with your tutor to develop your Individual Learning Plan. This is a process that starts at the interview stage and continues through the course to assist with the integration of the theory and the practical work-based elements of the programme.

What you will learn
You will be assessed by a variety of methods including: short presentations, reflections on observations/tasks carried out in the work place, case studies and essays. Your tutor will visit you in your place of work at least once in the first year and at least once in the second year.
