Team Coaching

If you want to understand the keys to improving team performance, this training will provide you with a working model and method for equipping teams and team leaders to excel and produce results.

This rigorous programme consists of a concentrated 3-day in person course combined with a twelve week online and webinar series.

Throughout the 3-day training, you will have direct, hands-on experience working with the Team Diagnostic™ assessment model and applying intervention options in specific team scenarios.

During the 12 week self-paced on-line series, you will gain access to rich team coaching materials and professional support with a community of colleagues. Topics include team coaching marketing and proposals, designing team interventions based on assessment results, and a deeper dive into the Team Diagnostic™ methodology.

Upon successful completion of the curriculum, you will have the opportunity to utilize the Team Diagnostic™, the industry's most effective assessment tool, on an ongoing basis with teams and team leaders.
