Three of us attended Eskil’s workshop and it was a very interesting introduction to team cohesiveness. Some of the case studies used by the facilitators showed us that we weren't alone in trying to build a great team culture during times of change and the different psychology tools used really showed us a way forward. I personally think that this would be a great kick-off for using Eskil’s expertise in team building programs.

This course with Eskil has brought our team very close to each other with real team spirit. We sat together for five days which is probably much more than that we had in five years. I hope all of us will continue this journey of professional development.
