Thai Yoga Massage

This one day workshop will give you an ideal opportunity to gain an insight into:

• The historical roots of Thai Massage
• The theoretical foundation of Thai Massage
• The spirit of Thai Massage
• Practical Thai Massage

There will be a demonstration of the massage, followed by plenty of ‘hands-on’ practice where you will experience some of the bigger stretches. A certificate of attendance will be issued, recognised by Embody and FHT for 5 CPD points.

You will be a current massage practitioner, qualified to at least level 3 in anatomy, physiology and massage. You will have a valid First Aid Certificate and hold appropriate insurance.

Places are limited to enable plenty of individual attention.
