Tibetan Buddhist Meditation - a distance learning course by BSY Learn about the history and philosophy behind Buddhism in Tibet and more specifically learn how to perform the Tibetan Buddhist meditation Lamrim. The meaning of Lamrim is the stages on the path to enlightenment empowering you to change your life.
