Having some freedom is good, a lot of work but easier to manage.

It has been good, I enjoy it much more than I initially thought. I love getting involved with other things such as being an ambassador and the opportunity to work for great events.

So far so good. We have a lot of backup and many opportunities we can take advantage from.
