TRAIN THE TRAINER Course Objective: to acquire the skills to design and deliver effective, inspiring training courses.
Participants will learn how to use the consultation process with the client to establish training objectives; how to plan and structure training sessions; how to engage and hold attention; and how to manage the learning process for both individuals and groups.
The first day will focus on acquiring technique. The second day will allow each delegate to practice delivering their own mini training sessions, enabling them to benefit from experimenting with new approaches and to receive feedback from the whole group.
Except in the case of Open Courses, all Phoenix workshops are tailored on demand, which means that we will develop the final agenda with you to deliver exactly the training you want, at the level you need, within the timeframe you decide.
