whether they are delivering a theory session, or a practical job demonstration. This highly interactive workshop will
ensure that you have the skills, knowledge and techniques that are essential if you are to succeed in a training
environment.
Where will the workshop be held?
This open workshop is held near Central Milton Keynes, in a venue purposely built for training. The group sizes are never
greater than six. This ensures that all delegates can actively participate in all activities, therefore maximising the learning
opportunities.
How will you learn?
After being welcomed with tea and coffee, delegates will enjoy getting in the mood for learning with our fun ice breaker.
The pace is fast but enjoyable. At the beginning of the course, delegates will be filmed delivering a five minute presentation.
This will help you to recognise your own current competence and allow the tutor to design the course based on individuals
needs.The fun interactive activities will ensure that your learning potential is maximised throughout the programme. A buffet
lunch will be provided on both days along with water, juice and chocolate during the training. During the final afternoon, each
delegate shall be filmed delivering a training session. This will be assessed and evaluated to confirm that the training objectives
have been met. After successfully completing the training, all delegates will receive a certificate of attendance plus a comprehensive
CD ROM full of practical tips..
