Course Description:
The aim of the qualification is to recognise the skills and competences you have in your role as a manager in the workplace.

Description Breakdown:
The qualification provides individuals with an opportunity to demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for a career in Management and Leadership. The units encompass a broad range of competencies from the Management and Leadership sector.

To achieve a full OCR Level 3 NVQ in Management, you must achieve 7 units made up of 4 mandatory units
•Manage your own resources and professional development
•Provide leadership in your area of responsibility
•Allocate and monitor the progress and quality of work in your area of responsibility
•Ensure health and safety requirements are met in your area of responsibility

and 3 optional units from a choice of 11

Assessment will be entirley in the workplace using a variety of methods such as observation, witness testimony, work product, oral and written questionning and case histories.

You can start the course at any time to suit yourself and the company and should complete the qualification within 9-12 months.
