About the programme
The documentary programme tells the story of the communicative styles of elephants and the competitive styles of lions and how these relate to the behaviour of the herd and the pride, their relationship with their environment, their relationship with other species, and their ability to communicate.

It shows organisations how goals can be achieved ethically and how to develop a nurturing team culture that strives for the common good. By communicating effectively and sharing information in the correct way, the team is able to stay together in difficult times.
