Course programme
The UAL International Summer School is an intensive three-week summer residential course designed to provide an introduction to art college, offering a unique opportunity to experience all six colleges: Camberwell College of Arts, Central Saint Martins, Chelsea College of Arts, London College of Communication, London College of Fashion and Wimbledon College of Arts.
Accommodation will be provided at one of the University's new Halls of Residence, located within easy access to central London, where you will explore the rich heritage and social diversity through art and design projects.
Structured in a similar way to a foundation course in art and design, you will be helped to build and create work for a portfolio for university application. Throughout the three-week programme, you will be encouraged to further progress and express your ideas through informal discussions and critiques with your tutors and fellow students.
Through a range of lectures, you will also meet with a broad cross-section of UAL staff, current students and graduates. These discussions will help you build confidence in preparing for application to university entry.
