Course Outline

This highly popular course is designed for all those working with video and audio but need updating or have had no formal technical training. The course covers the essentials of video and audio technology, through to the latest developments including HD and tapeless, providing the knowledge required to understand television technology and practice. In 4 days the participants are guided through signals, audio and video systems, formats, cameras, recording, and encoding. Theory is made digestible by expert tutors, combined with practical exercises in equipment function and maintenance. Participants leave the course with knowledge gaps filled and able to work at a higher level with greater efficiency.
