I strongly agree that humans are under the control of mind,mindfulness overwhelms one's mind,mindfulness is again controlled by knowledge and to be proceeded, knowledge is picked up from educational books which are easily found and acceptable.

Poor administration - you had better hope nothing goes wrong with your loan, accommodation, paper work etc. because it is a nightmare to sort out, no one has any idea what anyone else is doing.
