This course is a practical and experiential course for counsellors, therapists and people in the helping professions who are interested in introducing expressive arts into their work. 'Talking therapies' are sometimes challenging, so it can be very useful to help clients explore or access emotions and feelings through working with art. Using our own experiences, we will reflect upon this process and explore various creative therapies which can support you and your clients through the process of self-discovery, creativity and self-expression.
