About this Course

The Award in Art and Design Entry 3 is a one year course that focuses on the skills you need to understand art and design subjects.



The course is ideal for students who want to develop employability skills for the field of art and design; this could include shop display work for example window dressing.



You must be interested in art and design and you must attend and be punctual to all sessions. It is also important that you are able to work in a group as part of a team. In addition you must be prepared to develop your maths, English and ICT skills as they form an important part of the course.
