Ideal for those new to VAT on Sales

Understand the importance of the Value Added Tax system! Important changes to the VAT system are about to be announced. Are you ready to take in all the changes?

VAT was introduced when the UK joined the EU but will remain following the UK’s exit. There will have to be changes to the VAT system particularly relating to goods and services sold to customers in the EU. This course will consider the likely changes and how they will affect accounting systems.

In this course delegates will learn about general topics related to the VAT system and they will understand and/or improve their knowledge of how VAT works as regards sales issues and accounting procedures. Apart from analysing main issues in relation to the VAT system, there will be time during the course for delegates to raise issues specific to a delegate’s individual circumstances.
