What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is an ancient pressure point technique applied to the feet. Using the long established principle that there are energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet which correspond to all the major organs, glands and body parts. This is a non invasive treatment which helps the body to maintain the body’s balance and induces a sense of well being

10 days tuition, home study plus 1 assessment day.

· Home study of a written assignment and two case studies of three treatments each.
