What is Vertical Tutoring?

At the heart of Vertical Tutoring is the learning family or community; a tutor group of students from different year groups led by a teacher tutor and non teaching tutor. As the tutor group changes so the role of the tutor can change, the relationship with parents can develop and the organisation can begin to offer a truly personalised view of learning.
