Course Description:
This course is about the safe and efficient receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of goods in a warehousing, storage or logistics company. It is very flexible enabling you to choose optional units which best suit your job role and daily duties.

Description Breakdown:
You will gain valuable skills and knowledge in order to enhance the delivery of customer service and improve efficiency within your organisation. You must complete eight units, comprising of two mandatory units and six optional units allowing for some tailoring of the qualification to best suit your job role.
