Welcome Host - Customer Service

Welcome Host is a one-day training programme designed to help participants to acquire new customer service and communication skills, and improve their knowledge of local facilities and services. Welcome Host focuses on providing higher standards of services to visitors leading to enhanced levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
