This half day programme explores the importance of the witness testimony as an assessment process, when it is not possible for the assessor to observe the learner in their job role and decisions about competence are reliant on the witness testimonial.

- Planning the process to involve the witness
- Working with others in the assessment process
- Looking at and identify documentation requirements
