  • Factors to consider when identifying witnesses
  • Planning the process to involve the witness
  • Working with others in the assessment process
  • Looking at and identify documentation requirements

Methods Used:

Delegates are encouraged to bring examples of related documentation for discussion to the event in order to identify good practice.
