What will I learn?

Stable management, nutrition, behaviour, biology and health, and preparation for equine competitions

How will I be assessed?

The qualification is made up of mandatory and optional units of study

What may it lead to?

Students can progress into Higher Education, employment or direct entry into some Level 3 BHS exams

Entry Requirements

You should have either a Level 2 Work-based Diploma or practical experience and 2 GCSEs in Maths and English (or an equivalent qualification) A place on this course is subject to an interview

Students will have to buy Canterbury College polo shirts or sweatshirts, and must purchase the correct riding equipment before enrolment All equipment and clothing must conform to the Canterbury College health & safety requirements
