Robin Hills has over 30 years’ business and commercial experience working with the NHS and a wide range of small and large organisations. Robin has an interest in the practical application of emotional intelligence and in improving performance through personality and behavioural assessment. Robin is qualified to use a wide range of psychometric instruments, including Thomas DISC and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. His work involves helping managers and leaders within organisations to develop their business performance through increased self awareness and understanding of others.
Course programme
Emotional Intelligence enables people to tune into their feelings and those of others and then use the information to guide their behaviour and thinking.
