Creating Powerful Organisations

If you want to become a great leader, you need to learn about emotional intelligence. Currently, EI it's the best way to motivate your workers and empatize with them.

Many current and aspiring leaders know their Personality type (e.g. from Myers Briggs) as well as their IQ. Importantly, in the modern workplace, Emotional Intelligence (EI) is becoming more important.

Emotional Intelligence applies to everyone across the enterprise: leaders, managers, teams and individuals. As Master Practitioners in Emotional Intelligence, we see the powerful impact that the approach can have in the boardroom and down into the organisation.

In short, Emotional Intelligence supports your work addressing a wide range of organisational challenges. Studies show that people with high emotional intelligence have greater mental health, job performance, and leadership skills although it is important to remember that general intelligence and specific personality traits are also tightly coupled with this. Eskil's Workplace Emotional Intelligence workshop explores how to embed emotional intelligence in the boardroom but then ensuring that it cascades down so that everyone in the organisation builds their own emotional capital.

This highly-interactive workshop will give you greater self-awareness; increased self-regulation; stronger motivation; empathy; and social skills.
