About this course

Through this workshop the participants will recognize that it is necessary for everyone to help create programs that teach employees to identify harassment and exercise anti-harassment policies. In this training program the learners will learn to identify the words and actions that constitute harassment and understand what the law says about harassment. The understudy will also be able to address accusations of harassment, apply proper mediation procedures and deal with the aftermath of harassment.
