Content of the Course
Margit follows the approach developed by Vanda Scaravelli. With this way of working you are encouraged to be attentive to your body and your natural breath. Together we will focus on learning how to move with ease. By learning about our body's relationship to the ground and to the breath we will be aiming to free the spine and regain vitality. Margit has been practising yoga and meditation for over ten years. Please wear loose clothing and be prepared to work with bare feet. Please bring a mat or a blanket.
