What is the course about?
This Yoga - Mind Body and Breath course focusses on increasing your flexibility and body awareness. It also will teach the learner about breath awareness and how yoga syncronises the body and mind.

Materials:
Students should bring a yoga mat.
Other useful items students can bring are a small blanket, firm cushion and a belt.
Uniform:
No uniform is required but non-restrictive clothing is essential. e.g. T-shirts, jogging trousers, leggings etc.
All yoga is practised in bare feet. Glasses are removed during practice if the wearer can do without them, so a spectacle case is needed.
Other
It is recommended that students do not eat a heavy meal less than two hours before coming to class.
How will you be assessed?
No formal assessment
Students performance will be visually observed.
