Yoga Therapy Level 3 - a distance learning course by BSY Building on the previous two courses, you will begin with the study of digestion and nutrition, written by Rosalind Sinnett SRN. The course moves forward to first aid and hygiene and then explores further therapeutic treatments including basic shiatsu and remedial massage. You will progress with study of cellular dynamics, response mechanisms, neurology and reflex action. The contents of the course also involve control techniques and treatments for common maladies.

One day Practical Training is essential for students with no prior massage experience. Practical workshops can be held in various locations around the UK and are available for an additional £75 per day. Your practical training is a valuable opportunity to learn directly from an experienced practical training tutor with specialist skills

Expenses
There are two ways you can enrol on this course. You can:
- Pay with a deposit of £70 £50, followed by 11 monthly instalments of £30
- OR
- Pay the total course fee in one sum of £400 £380 and also receive a one year NUS Extra discount card1 – free
