The Life Centre® invites you to discover a vibrant, healthy new you. Established since 1993 and renowned internationally, The Life Centre® is a unique non-membership yoga and natural health centre. We offer the widest range of natural therapies, Yoga and Pilates classes, workshops and yoga teacher training to be found anywhere else in London under one roof.

Come and have fun together with a shared yoga class for all the family. Enjoy a joint practice with your child and friends – a space for all to enjoy the rhythmic movements of integrated postures, exploring the use of sounds, chanting and ultimately experiencing a moment of restful calm together.
